Kokoon is a company with its roots in sign-making, large format print and display graphics. Kokoon’s directors had come to realise, however, that their well-established business had long outgrown the company’s original positioning and communications. They were looking for a way to define their new positioning, articulate it appropriately and communicate it to their audiences.
What we did
We worked with them to create a strategic brand platform which reflected Kokoon’s current position more accurately and, importantly, also provided a platform for future growth and expansion.
From this, we then developed a marketing communications plan to take our new messages to the market. In rolling out the new strategy, Blackbird has developed a new website, marketing collateral including a suite of case studies and a PowerPoint sales presenter.
